2.2 Deadline for Cancellation

3.2 Hygiene and Safety Reasons
Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations applicable to dietary supplements and consumable products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or where the seal has been broken. This is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which excludes the right of withdrawal for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
3.3 Time Limit
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product, and the product must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

5.1 Step-by-Step Return Instructions

6. Return Shipping Costs

If you are exercising your right to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period for reasons other than product defects or our error, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products to us.

We will cover return shipping costs if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
